To become a supplier on a dynamic purchasing system you must:
1. Find a dynamic purchasing system
First you need to find a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) that you would like to join as a supplier. You can find out more about open DPS opportunities and how to apply on:
Take some time to read through the opportunities available and identify if any match the services or products you can provide.
2. Complete a standard pre-qualification questionnaire
When you register to join the dynamic purchasing system you will be asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ).
If you meet the exclusion and selection criteria in the PQQ you will be added as a supplier to the DPS.
If you are not added as a supplier, we will provide you with useful feedback to help you re-apply.
3. Bid for business
Buyers will award individual contracts through a DPS after running a competitive process. This means buyers will invite all suppliers on the DPS (or those on their filtered shortlist) to compete and bid for a specific contract.
The winning supplier will be awarded the contract by the buyer.
