Summary
This agreement provides central government and the wider public sector access to technical advisory services, that support building and civil engineering projects of all scales and sizes.

As you may be aware, the procurement dates for this agreement were put on hold due to the Cabinet Office’s decision to delay the introduction of the new procurement regulations. However, a new procurement timeline has now been confirmed, and updates can be found below on the next round of supplier and customer engagement, key milestones and proposed lot structure.
Description
This agreement will replace the existing RM6165 Construction Professional Services agreement and will give you access to technical advisory services for the full lifecycle of their projects.
Services will include, but are not limited to:
- project management
- cost management
- engineering, for example civil, structural, electrical
- architectural and design services (design of buildings, spaces and infrastructure)
- environmental and sustainability services
We can now share a proposed lot structure which can be viewed in the document library at the bottom of this page. Details of this, along with progress updates on the specification will be shared in upcoming market engagement events (see below).

Customer engagement
Our first round of Customer engagement was held on Thursday 11th July 2024. The slides from this meeting are available for you to view.
The next round of customer market engagement will take place on Thursday, 9th January at 2-3.30pm. You can register via this link. We will also be running further market engagement sessions in April 2025 ahead of the planned ITT release date.

Supplier engagement
Our first round of supplier engagement was held on Tuesday 16 July 2024. You can now read the slides and questions and answers from the event.
There will be a supplier webinar on Thursday 9 January,2025 from 10am to 12.30pm where we will share more details about the agreement. You can register for this webinar here.
Further engagement events will be planned for April 2025 (before the release of the ITT) and we are planning a series of lot-specific sessions planned to run from April to May 2025.
