This framework agreement, let under the Procurement Act 2023 gives UK public sector organisations access to legal services.
Description:
This agreement will give public sector organisations access to legal services, including:
- costs and procurement
- contracts and commercial law
- disputes and litigation
- property, planning and construction
- infrastructure and IT
- employment law
- energy
- healthcare, social care and social housing
- adult and child law
- education
- transport and rail
- Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects
The entire public sector can use this agreement, including:
- healthcare providers
- educational institutions
- local and regional government
- emergency services
- infrastructure bodies
- third sector organisations
To buy from this agreement you will be able to either:
- award without competition to a provider, or
- run a competitive tender between providers
You can choose how to pay for services:
- standard hourly rates
- standard day rates
- fixed or maximum fees
- other payment arrangements that work better for you, such as, capped fees, value- based fee arrangements and conditional/contingent fees arrangements
