Summary

This agreement will give you access to suppliers who manage NHS Notify printed communications. This is a UK wide agreement available to all public sector organisations that use NHS Notify printed communications.

Description

This agreement will give you access to services, such as:

  • printed direct mail production
  • leaflet and envelope production
  • print stock management and distribution
  • postal services
  • pre-production services, this includes:
    • data processing
    • content creation
    • digital asset management
    • typesetting
    • proofreading
    • translation services
  • alternative printing formats to improve accessibility, this includes:
    • easy read
    • large print
    • alternative languages
    • audio
    • braille

We are aiming for this agreement to run for 4 years. Customer call-off contracts should be for up to 4 years and can begin anytime before the end of the agreement. The call-off contract duration can be a full 4 years, or an initial shorter period with options to extend.

Market engagement

We intend to hold a market engagement session in London on Monday 16 December 2024 at DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross. The market engagement session will start at 1pm and will last for 2 to 3 hours.

We will also hold a virtual session at a later date, with further details to be confirmed in the future.
