Summary
This closed framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023, gives NHS England access to printed communications and related services for their NHS Notify programme.
Description
This agreement will give you access to services, such as:
- printed direct mail production
- leaflet and envelope production
- print stock management and distribution
- postal services
- pre-production services, this includes:
- data processing
- content creation
- digital asset management
- typesetting
- proofreading
- translation services
- alternative printing formats to improve accessibility, this includes:
- easy read
- large print
- alternative languages
- audio
- braille
We are aiming for this agreement to run for 4 years. Customer call-off contracts should be for up to 4 years and can begin anytime before the end of the agreement. The call-off contract duration can be a full 4 years, or an initial shorter period with options to extend.
