Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships provide fully funded job training and career development, helping you kick start your new career. Get paid as you train. We give a minimum 20% of working hours to focus on development and you will be part of a wider apprentice community.

Civil Service Fast Stream
Civil Service Fast Stream is a flagship leadership programme, developing people from a wide range of backgrounds who have the potential to become future senior leaders.

Human Resources (HR)
HR is responsible for the people strategy which prioritises recruitment, retention, inclusion and diversity, wellbeing, learning and development, reward, recognition and workplace services for all staff.

Commercial
Commercial is the largest directorate in CCS and is responsible for the design, development and implementation and management of our commercial agreements.

Digital and Data Services (DDS)
DDS supports CCS with digital and technology design, implementation and service delivery. We maintain the digital systems for CCS and work with our colleagues to deliver the business plan with a digital mindset.

Procurement Operations
The Procurement Operations Directorate helps impact the lives of citizens and communities in the UK. Our commitment to social value and sustainability contributes to the wellbeing of citizens and the preservation of our environment.

Strategy, Policy and Governance (SPG)
SPG’s goal is to facilitate effective leadership throughout CCS to achieve better outcomes for our customers. We do this by helping to implement our strategic objectives and making sure government policy operates effectively.

Finance, Planning and Performance (FPP)
FPP oversees financial reporting, develops budgets and projections, formulates business plans, tracks implementation progress, measures success metrics and manages corporate risk.
