CCS has smarter working (hybrid working) principles that gives you the flexibility to adjust your working day. This includes:
- a minimum of 25 days annual leave increasing to a maximum service-related 30 days, excluding bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff)
- one privilege day to be taken at any point in the year
- flexitime scheme (available for bands 1 to 6)
- working remotely in addition to working in an office location
