What is Print Marketplace?

Print Marketplace is a UK-wide digital web based tool for buying printed material including: brochures, flyers, leaflets, business cards, letterheads and small direct mail campaigns.

Who can use

To use this service you need to be a recognised public sector body listed in the authorised customer list.

What you can buy

You can buy a range of printed business and marketing material including:

  • business cards
  • flyers
  • leaflets
  • forms
  • newsletters
  • textbooks
  • booklets
  • brochures
  • posters
  • pads
  • letterheads
  • small direct mail needs

Not suitable for

  • buying products and services not related to printed materials
  • if you need a catalogue for buying technology or office equipment use: eMarketplace or Purchasing Platform.

How to buy

If this is your first time using Print Marketplace you will need to register for an account. As part of this registration you will be asked to provide further information about your organisation and needs.

Supplier pricing is built into the system. Once you have submitted your print needs into the platform, you will see this pricing as a list of instant quotes. You will be able to filter and sort the quotes by a range of factors to make it easier to find what you need.

If you work with a particular local supplier that isn’t listed on Print Marketplace, they are welcome to register. Print providers can register to become a Print Marketplace supplier by submitting a supplier registration form.
