What is aggregation?
Aggregation is collective buying. At CCS, our dedicated aggregation team works across the whole of the public sector to identify similar buying requirements and bring them together. By doing this, we are able to drive savings for customers by increasing the total volume and value to leverage a better commercial outcome for the group.
Why should you join a CCS aggregation?
We are focused on putting the customer first, providing a service that ensures the right outcome and value for money, no matter how large or small your requirement. We are the biggest public procurement organisation in the UK and have helped 139 public sector organisations save a combined total of £12.1 million in 2022 alone; with more savings to be recorded before the end of the year.
Not only can you achieve commercial benefits from joining an aggregation, it is a free service and the team will manage all aspects of the procurement on your behalf, so that you can focus your time and resources on other priorities.
The team will keep you fully informed and updated every step of the way whilst ensuring we are always on hand to provide the information you require or answer any questions you may have.
Real results
The team couldn’t achieve this level of success without you, our public sector colleagues. Many of whom return to participate in future aggregations for other goods and services across their estate.
One smaller public sector organisation has participated in 7 of our aggregated procurements over the past 3 years and have saved in the region of £167,000 against their IT hardware and mobile, voice and data requirements.
It is clear that the savings achieved from aggregating common goods and services, together with the quality service received from the team, helped this organisation and this is reflected in their continued and repeated participation.
