ProCure23 and specialist construction services

We have worked with NHS England to provide a dedicated route to market for design and construction services for NHS capital projects; ProCure23 (P23). 

P23 forms part of the Construction works and associated services 2 framework, which aligns with the government’s Construction Playbook. The framework ensures that projects procured through this route align with the playbook principles, such as modern methods of construction, sustainability and social value.

It is the primary route for NHS trusts and integrated care systems (ICSs) to undertake NHS capital works procurement, providing efficient access to expert partners for all aspects such as:

  • business case development
  • design
  • construction
  • refurbishment disruption mitigation
  • benefit realisation
  • optimised occupation

We offer the biggest specialist construction commercial agreements in the country, including demand management, CPS and modular buildings to support your trusts needs.
