Framework

Lot 3 is for business travel customers who need services to find and book venues for meetings, conferences and events and includes:

venue find for face-to-face, virtual and hybrid meetings
UK and overseas venues and events
residential or non-residential basis
accommodation find (including group booking) for an associated event including accommodation choices, such as hotels, B&Bs, serviced apartments, vessels, sites, parks and resorts
venue-provided services which may include:
- food, beverage and catering services
- delegate management and delegate registration services,
- audio-visual, internet
- room set-up, break out rooms, timings, liaison with venue staff
- copying, printing and staging
- collection point or staff to hand out PPE/test kits, for example
ground transport (for an associated event) such as taxis, coaches, minibuses, and
“CCS Preferred Venue Standard Terms and Conditions” which gives you better cancellation terms and other discounts or value-added services
supporting ancillary services like PPE, and test kits including for COVID
