The Digital and Data Services Directorate (DDS)
DDS supports CCS with digital and technology design, implementation and service delivery. As a directorate we:
- maintain the digital systems for CCS
- work with our colleagues to deliver the business plan with a digital mindset
A prime example is the design and delivery of an Identity and Access Management System that gives over 30,000 suppliers and customers access to CCS services.
We are digital enablers
We offer customer-driven digital platforms and services to allow CCS to deliver value for the public sector. Around £20 billion of CCS commercial agreement spend is through the platforms we provide.
Digital technology is fundamental to CCS’s vision for further growth and DDaT principles are at the heart of our approach.
We use our expertise in technology (legacy and cutting edge) to support our colleagues to deliver business plan objectives.
Some of the career paths available within DDS are:
- Data insights
- Project management
- Product management
- User researchers
- Business analyst
- Software developers
We are part of the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Profession.
