The Digital and Data Services Directorate (DDS)

As the digital and services directorate, we support CCS with digital and technology design, implementation and service delivery. This includes:

  • maintaining the digital systems for CCS
  • working with our colleagues to deliver the business plan with a digital mindset

An example of our work is the design and delivery of an Identity and Access Management System that gives over 30,000 suppliers and customers access to CCS services.

We are digital enablers.

We offer customer-driven digital platforms and services so CCS can provide value for the public sector. Around £20 billion of CCS commercial agreement spend is through the platforms we support.

We use our expertise in legacy and cutting edge technology to support our colleagues and meet CCS business plan objectives.

Digital technology is fundamental to our vision for further growth and DDaT principles are at the heart of our approach.

We leverage technology and data to redefine possibilities and help drive commercial growth for CCS. From my first day, the friendly, down-to-earth and relaxed culture made me feel welcome and at ease. The emphasis on teamwork and collaboration across projects means there are always opportunities to learn and grow. This creates a stimulating environment and rewarding work with talented colleagues who celebrate successes together.
